Imperial officially received 10.5" of snow on Monday, November 10th. The forecast called for 1-3." Matt got impatient with the National Weather Service office in North Platte after it was still reporting that Imperial could expect "little to no accumulation" after 7" of the white stuff had already fallen. As a trained weather spotter, he called the NWS office and they promptly upgraded our Winter Weather Advisory to a Winter Storm Warning. All three of us went out and enjoyed the snowstorm. Reagan was mezmorized by the flakes in the street lights!
