I went to a training retreat for a mentoring ministry connected to Lutherans for Life, Titus 2 for Life, when I was still in college, and I finally had the opportunity to use what I learned! I led a women's event at church on Sunday afternoon and had about twelve women between the ages of 16 and 80+. We had lots of great discussion! And if you are one of my friends who will be in Fort Wayne for this coming year, let me know if you'd be interested in learning more. I'm planning on leading a study in my home in the fall (likely in the form of two separate two-hour sessions), with the possibility of having the head lady come in the spring to train anyone else who wants to be trained as a leader. It's a great fit for a pastor's wife!
